This body of work utilises cartography as a starting point for the development of a collection of textile prints for the home titled “Personal Itinerary”.

These prints are among the physical outcomes of my BFA thesis awarded in 2006 by National University of the Arts “George Enescu” in Iasi Romania. The process of making started with sketches by hand and was followed by paintings in gouache on paper. The paintings were then photographed, the images were brought in Adobe Photoshop and the repeat patterns were generated, as well as the colour ways. Some of these designs were also translated on fabric, such as print one, print three and print five.
